I have my undergraduate in Psychology with minors in child and family development and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I love to run and hike in my free time. It is such a joy working with toddlers every day at Young Explorers, because they are always so happy and full of life.
I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies – with a focus on early childhood development. What I love most about working with children is their passion to grow and learn with their peers and teachers. I love watching them accomplish new things and how they bring so much joy and laughter into my life!
I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. In my spare time, I love to go rock climbing, hiking, and spend time with my daughter Harper. My favorite thing about working with children is their curiosity about the world around them.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Notre Dame College. In my free time I love shopping, and hiking. I love teaching preschool because every day is a new adventure and there is always something to laugh and smile about.
I graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelors degree of science in Education. I spend my free time with my husband and loving my 2 boys. What I love about teaching children is how unique and different each one is in their own way and watching them grow and learn.
I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus in Child and Youth Development. In my free time, I love to spend time with my dog, niece and nephew. I love to see the look on a child’s face when they discover something new.
I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I love spending time with my son Parker. What I love most about teaching is adapting to the individual needs of the children and seeing their face light up when they finally learn the lesson.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and a Masters in Music. For fun, I play with my son Gavin, crochet, and play music. My favorite part about Young Explorers in watching how excited the children get to learn, receiving all of the hugs and watching them grow.
See what parents and children are saying about Young Explorers!
The teachers and the facilities are outstanding. One of the things that she loves most is playing in the gym and sliding down the large spiral slide. She learns so much and that she gets to interact with children her own age. We also almost didn’t look at Young Explorers because we assumed we couldn’t afford it, but we are so glad we decided to!
Our three year old has become such an intelligent, social child, in part, because of the influence of the staff at Young Explorers. We are confident that our children are in a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment every day, and we feel fortunate that such a wonderful center is so conveniently located for us.
I was nervous to start Logan, because he’s so sensitive and quite clingy, and I was a little anxious at how he would react to his new environment. No matter my worries or concerns, I have loved how everyone is so kind and patient with Logan and calms my anxiety. Even in the first few weeks, I can see some of his learning expanding already.
Thank you for making my daughter’s transition to school a smooth one. [Young Explorers] has been exceptionally welcoming and flexible. I feel assured that my daughter is safe and well cared for during the day. I’m excited to see how she will blossom this school year.
